Collecting books in person

Namaste Books has no separate shop. Its books are shelved at Namaste Bookshop, 2 West 14th Street, and that is where pickup orders wait.

On foot from Union Square

1. Ride the 4, 5, 6, L, N, Q, R or W to 14 St–Union Square.
2. Walk west along 14th Street and cross Fifth Avenue.
3. Keep to the south sidewalk; the shop is a few steps past the corner, roughly 4 minutes in all.

On foot from Sixth Avenue

1. From 14 St / 6 Av (F, M, L) or 14 St on the 1, 2 or 3, come up on 14th Street.
2. Head east on the south side toward Fifth Avenue.
3. The shop is just before the Fifth Avenue corner, about 4 minutes away.

Trains, PATH and buses

  The closest big station: a few minutes on foot heading west on 14th Street.
• 14 St/6 Av F M L, connected to 14 St 1 2 3
  At Sixth Avenue; walk east on 14th Street for a few minutes.
• PATH: the 14th Street stop sits at Sixth Avenue.
• Buses: the M14A and M14D travel 14th Street.

Not every line runs at all hours; check MTA service before heading out.

Collecting a book order

Pick Pickup at checkout, wait for the email saying the books are ready, then come by.

1. Put your books in the Namaste Books cart and press Check out.
2. You land on Shopify at namastebookshop.com. Switch delivery to Pickup; collecting costs nothing.
3. Books are usually ready in 2 hours. Hold off until the email says your order is ready.
4. Stop by Namaste Bookshop, 2 West 14th Street, while it is open and tell the counter the name the order is under.
